Event and break sponsorships are not exclusive.  Registration for additional attendees over and above sponsorship allocation is $350 per person.  No electrical outlets will be provided.  All other special set-ups, such as Internet connection, telephone lines, and all electrical/technical expenses to be separately arranged between vendor and hotel.  SCAMA is not liable for any damage to equipment incurred during the conference.
